btinternet Email Issues

Emails we're sending to .btinternet email address appear to currently be bouncing most of the time.

Based on community comments and online searches, this appears to be a BT problem, not us ! What they appear to be doing is blocking any email which appears to be automated. This includes order and despatch confirmations and password change requests.

Our web hosts have contacted btinternet for clarification, but this is happening to all kinds of business type emails, not just emails from us. My guess is that they've turned their spam detection filters up too far. So if your AA renewal notification hasn't turned up, that's why !

We can still receive emails and messages through the contact form, and will reply from an alternate email address which will hopefully get through. For orders, it is possible to check out as a guest, or you could create a new account if you have an email address with another service that can receive the password reset emails.

We're really sorry about this - it's one of those things that is totally out of our control !
