Vallejo New Design Bottles

It's been all change at Vallejo recently ! They've been updating all of their packaging, and re-visiting several of their paint ranges to update them. Probably the biggest change has been with their iconic 17ml dropper bottles. The new design now holds 18ml, and is a completely clear recyclable PET plastic rather than the slightly white-tinted polythene previously used. They also have a coloured plastic ring at the base of the cap, with the colour telling you which range the paint is from. The clear bottles give you a much better idea of the paint colour than the old style, as you can see from the photos below !

For Game Color and Game Air, Vallejo have completely re-vamped the range with new bottles and new formulas as well as dropping some slower-selling colours and adding new ones. We've created new products for them and put the remainder of the original formula in our Clearance website category at good discounts.

Model Air and Model Color are mostly direct replacements using the new bottles and updated formulas. We've found that colour consistency between original and new formula are very close indeed. They have added a few of new Model Color shades and are deleting some slower selling ones.

Important: With these two ranges, we're using strict stock rotation and for a while expect to have a mix of old and new versions of the paints. You may get either old or new formula, but if you order more than one bottle of the same colour we'll aim to make sure they are all one type or the other. Over a period of time we'll be updating all the images on our website, but this may take a while !
