Vallejo Water & Stone Effects
In addition to their paints and brushes, we also stock the Vallejo Water Effects and Stone Effects ranges. These versatile materials can be used for basing figures, creating dioramas and gaming scenery, texturing the surfaces of model buildings - in fact, your imagination and a bit of experimentation and practice are the only limits !

Vallejo Water Effects Water Effects are transparent or translucent acrylic resins designed to produce water-like effects on models & dioramas. They can be mixed with each other and tinted with Vallejo inks to vary the colours. The base coat used underneath will also influence the final effect. The Water Effects supplied in bottles come with applicator nozzles. Tools used to texture them can be cleaned in water provided you do this before they dry. |

Transparent

Still Water 
| A very fluid liquid, which can be poured directly from the bottle into a hollow and will settle to form a smooth, crystal clear film. It is best applied in several thin layers. Mediterranean

Vallejo Stone Effects Stone Effects are ideal materials for texturing the bases of models and dioramas, as well as for general-purpose surface texturing. They can be mixed with each other and can be tinted with Vallejo acrylic paints to change the colours (obviously more effective with the white stone effects !) The surface can be textured with knives, spatulas, scrapers, or any other tool which creates the surface effect you want. |
